Submission to the Capital Cinema Cultural Exchange (CCCE) 3rd Edition filmmakers lab will open February 15, 2016. This year's exciting 4 day film forum fostering multi-cultural exchange among filmmakers, industry experts and the general public begins anew with ongoing screenings of rare American and international films starting March 3rd with CHIMES AT MIDNIGHT, followed by OF HORSES AND MEN, April 4th.

What makes CCCE unique is access. Access to filmmakers, veteran producers, industry panelists who will screen films, host presentations and engage all of us in a vibrant dialogue about how movies impact our culture.

Congratulations again to the 9 film projects participating in the 2nd edition filmmakers lab.
